I've masturbated a couple times (5-6) where I was holding again the semen by pressing the urethra on the shaft. I've heard this is called retrograde ejaculation and the semen is going in back to the bladder. Today my urine was kind of cloudy, and I found out that this could be a symptom of infertility. I didn't know about the negative effects of this before today. The amount of semen that came out when I masturbated a second time (an hour) after the retrograde ejaculation was significantly less than normal.

I'm wondering if I have to worry about anything or will it go back to normal automatically when I stop pressing the urethra when masturbating?

And should I do anything to prevent these negative effects? Should I masturbate today or not or should I maybe drink a lot of water to then completely empty the bladder?

Urinen blir blakket når den blandes med sæden som presses opp i blæra istedenfor å komme ut. Det er naturlig at det blir mindre sæd ved hyppig tømming.

Det er ikke skadelig og har ingenting å gjøre med infertilitet, men det kan oppleves ubehagelig og har aldri blitt oppfattet som god prevensjonsmetode.
